Medical Direction

This is to confirm that CPR U READY is a division of the Canadian Group Emergency Training Inc (CGET Inc) that offers Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillation (AED) courses.⁽¹⁾

We are confident that the program offered by CPR U READY will adhere to all accepted practices of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) programs that incorporate controlled medical acts and will adhere to all accepted guidelines provided by the above mentioned organizations. This includes physician supervision, appropriate provider training and certification, continuing education, quality management, clinical documentation and equipment maintenance.

It is to be noted that all evaluations for certification will be conducted by the Medical Director or certified designate. The final decision to certify an individual in the act of defibrillator rests with the Medical Director.

⁽¹⁾ CPR U Ready meets The Canadian Group Emergency Training Inc CPR/AED medical directive guidelines, The International Guidelines Conference on Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation standards that includes most recent ARC and ILCOR Guidelines (2015). We are also compliant with the Emergency Cardiovascular Care(ECC) and OSHA 1910.1030(g)(2).
